Indymedia at the Anarchists Bookfair

Indymedia London will be holding a stall at this years Anarchists Bookfair on Saturday October 18th from 10am to 7pm. This years speakers include Lucio Urtubia, John Pilger, Paul Mason and Morris Beckman, along with 100's of stalls, films, food and creche, see the meeting timetable for details. Venue: Queen Mary College, nearest tubes: Mile End or Stepney Green, see map.

At the bookfair we will also be giving an introduction to the New Indymedia London website [12-1pm] which has been developed and is ready for action! Come and find out about the new site and its exciting new abilities, like the 'Group' function which aims to help any sized group report their actions, link with other like-minded people and groups, and to promote their events and fundraisers by giving them their own area within the New London Site to edit and promote.

The New Site aims to include more political events and media along side the direct action reporting from the streets, and a better method of video uploading. Come and find out about these and other exciting new developments, and discuss how you and your group can get involved.
